This website is operated by USHNA LTD, trading as Kandoravela, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16488032, with its registered office at 3 Bute Street, Stoke-on-Trent, England, ST4 3PW. Throughout these terms, "Kandoravela", "we", "us" and "our" refer to USHNA LTD.

By visiting our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

These terms apply to customers in the United Kingdom only. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

SECTION 1: USING OUR WEBSITE

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

SECTION 2: OUR PRODUCTS

Kandoravela sells vintage style and antique look home decor. All of our products are newly made and are designed to recreate the look and feel of older pieces. Unless a product description clearly states otherwise, our items are not genuine antiques.

We do our best to show the colours, finishes and details of our products as accurately as possible. Because many of our items have aged, distressed or hand finished surfaces, small variations in colour, texture and finish are a natural part of the design and are not considered faults. The colours you see may also vary slightly depending on your screen.

SECTION 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

SECTION 4: ORDERS AND CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email letting you know your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

SECTION 5: ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

From time to time our website may contain typing errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING

SECTION 7: RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY ITEMS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may not use our website or its content to break any law, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to send false or misleading information, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other people's personal data, to send spam, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website. If you send us reviews, suggestions, ideas or other feedback, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them without any obligation to pay you or keep them confidential. You confirm that anything you send us does not infringe anyone else's rights and does not contain unlawful, offensive or harmful material.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses, as our products are sold for domestic and private use only.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update, suspend or change the website at any time, for example for maintenance or improvements. We may also update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of the terms will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation, and you will continue to benefit from the consumer protection laws that apply where you live.
